Due to recent updates on Facebook’s API privacy policy the ability to publish to Facebook personal profiles from third-party apps such as Postcron will be removed.
This change comes into effect on August 1st, 2018, and it means that it will no longer be possible to schedule or publish post to Facebook personal profiles and that all the currently scheduled posts will not be published after that date.

Note that you will still be able to publish to Facebook pages and groups. However, in order to publish to groups you need to connect them to Postcron’s app on Facebook. You can check how to do it on this article.
