Auto post to Facebook Groups by specifying the time of publication<\/h2>\n<p>So, let\u2019s say, that in order to achieve a more effective communication strategy, you want to update different accounts with the same message, but have to auto post it to each Facebook groups at<em> different times<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>As you probably already know, each type of audience has its <strong>active times<\/strong>. Knowing exactly when they are active, is indispensable if your goal is reaching your audience.<\/p>\n<p>So, in order to help you meet these objectives, the <a href=\"http:\/\/postcron.com\"><strong>Postcron<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0app enables you to\u00a0<strong>auto post to Facebook groups\u00a0while specifying the time of each publication.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All you have to do is:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>go to <a href=\"http:\/\/postcron.com\"><b>Postcron<\/b><\/a>, select the account(s) where you want to schedule your posts.<\/li>\n<li>Then,\u00a0you create the post and press the <strong>Schedule<\/strong> button. Basically, it&#8217;s allows you to save lots of time and energy in the future by just spending a few hours to create it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To start using this feature, the first thing you need to do is create an <strong>Excel<\/strong> or <strong>Google Docs Spreadsheet<\/strong> (we opted for the second alternative) with the posts you want to schedule. Here\u2019s a <a href=\"https:\/\/postcron.com\/bulkUploaderTemplateDownload\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Docs spreadsheet <\/a>\u00a0to help you get started.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/B529p\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3949 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/postcron.com\/es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Publicar-una-lista-de-posts-desde-una-planilla-de-Excel-o-Google-Docs.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"626\" height=\"140\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Just like in the above file, the spreadsheet should always contain 8 columns (letters A to H), each of which is to organize different types of content to be uploaded later:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In <strong>column A<\/strong>, put the text of each post.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>column B<\/strong>, put the year you want your post to published.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>column C<\/strong>, put the month you want your post to published.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>column D<\/strong>, enter the day you want your post to published.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>column E<\/strong>, insert the hour (0-23) you want your post to published (eg 18).<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>column F<\/strong>, put the minute, you want your post to published (eg 30).<\/li>\n<li>In<strong> column G<\/strong>, insert a link to an image you want to accompany your post (the picture must have a JPG or PNG extension to be scheduled properly).<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Column H<\/strong>, insert a link to your website or wherever you want.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: The last two columns (G and H) are optional, that is, you can leave them empty if you want.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In turn,<strong> each of the horizontal rows represents a post<\/strong>, meaning that if you filled up the first five rows, then you will have scheduled five posts.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Once you&#8217;ve finished adding all the content you want to the spreadsheet, you have to download the file as CSV (Comma Separated Values??). Then, the texts will be displayed and after that, the images will begin to load. To make sure that all your posts get scheduled properly, it\u2019s really important to wait until all the images are fully uploaded before clicking the \u201c<strong>Save and Schedule<\/strong>\u201d button.
