That\u2019s exactly what we\u2019re going to discuss in this post! Today, I’ll show you how to set up your <\/span>Predefined Publishing Times step by step<\/i><\/b>, so you can start scheduling your content to be published during these times, with just the push of a button. Here we go!<\/span><\/p>\n

Why should you establish Predefined Publishing Times?<\/span><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

First of all, I want to tell you about why it is useful to set up your your <\/span>Predefined Publishing Times<\/i><\/b>. The main reason is that it is extremely <\/span>handy <\/b>as it helps you<\/span> determine in advance<\/b> what time on each day of the week your posts will be shared, for <\/span>each <\/span><\/i>of your social accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n

That way, once you have established your <\/span>Predefined Publishing Times<\/i><\/b>, all you have to do is upload your content in <\/span>Post Editor<\/b> and select the “<\/span>Predefined Publishing Times<\/b>” option. Then your posts will be automatically scheduled during those <\/span>specific times, <\/b>made quick and easy for you.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to set up Predefined Publishing Times on Postcron<\/span><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

1-<\/b> The first thing you have to do is go to <\/span>Postcron<\/b><\/a> and login to your account via the Social Network of your choice.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Postcron-App-to-schedule-posts-on-Facebook--Twitter--Google--and-Pinterest-Easy-and-Powerful\"<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2- <\/b>Once on the <\/span>Dashboard<\/i><\/b>, click on the “<\/span>My Account<\/b>” menu on the top right of the page. When it displays the drop down menu, click on “<\/span>Social Media Accounts<\/b>” as you can see below.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3-<\/b> After choosing this option, \u201c<\/span>Set up your Predefined Publishing Times, Watermarks, and Bit.ly<\/i><\/b>\u201d sections will appear. Click on the “<\/span>Predefined Publishing Times<\/b>” button for the account where you want to set them up. A weekly schedule will appear so you can start editing them as seen in the GIF below: <\/span><\/p>\n

4-<\/b> Now it’s time to set up your <\/span>Predefined Publishing Times<\/i><\/b>. To do this you can edit the days, hours, and minutes to the exact time you want content to be shared for <\/span>each <\/span><\/i>account. \u00a0During the setup process you can delete the times that aren\u2019t useful or create all the ones that are. To save each change click “<\/span>Add<\/b>” and to finish setting up your <\/span>Predefined Publishing Times<\/i><\/b>, click “<\/span>Apply the list<\/b>“.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Below you can see an <\/span>example <\/b>of setting up <\/span>Predefined Publishing Times<\/i><\/b>. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are being deleted in order to change the publishing time for each of those days. \u00a0Then <\/span>Mondays <\/b>and <\/span>Wednesdays <\/b>are added with the time <\/span>5:00 PM<\/b>; and <\/span>Fridays <\/b>at <\/span>12:00 PM<\/b>. Easy, right?!<\/span><\/p>\n

5-<\/b> Now you are ready to start scheduling posts in your <\/span>Predefined Publishing Times<\/i><\/b>!<\/span><\/p>\n

To implement them, go to the <\/span>Post Editor<\/b>, select the account(s) where you want to publish, and upload your content. Finally, press the green button “<\/span>Schedule<\/b>” and click on the “<\/span>Predefined Publishing Times<\/i><\/b>” option. That\u2019s it! \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n
